We are seeking an experienced Site Management Lead to support clinical trial execution across all phases by overseeing site engagement, enrollment, and monitoring oversight. Youll serve as a key liaison between clinical sites, CROs, and internal teamsensuring site readiness, protocol compliance, and timely database locks.

Key Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of clinical monitoring experience (field-based)
• 3+ years in a lead CRA, CRA Manager, or monitoring oversight role
• Lead site start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities
• Drive site selection, feasibility, and enrollment performance
• Oversee CRO monitoring and ensure inspection readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove site-level barriers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites
• Monitor site-level metrics and escalate risks proactively
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or related field (Masters preferred)
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and site operations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
