About the Role:

We are working with a well-established contractor serving the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on underground utility construction projects. This is a leadership role responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate suppliers and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Resolve field issues and proactively manage changes or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in underground utility construction
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
