Pay $17.50-$20 an hour depending on experience.
You must possess an unarmed guard card.
Full time:
12 hour shifts, 7 days a week available. 5:30pm-3am/5:30am.
or Part time:
12 hour shifts, same shift times.

Requirements:Absorb Company SOPs and Site Information:
Cadets are expected to become a “sponge,” absorbing all information about the company’s Standard Operating Procedures and the specific details of the sites they are assigned to. This will be demonstrated through written tests.
Seek Guidance and Clarification:
If unsure about any aspect of their duties or the company’s policies, Cadets must seek guidance from their superiors. They should document any questions and share the answers with the Chain of Command to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. It is encouraged that the Cadet takes notes on these questions to better understand them in the long run.
Adhere to Uniform Standards:
Cadets are expected to learn and adhere to the company’s uniform standards, presenting themselves professionally at all times.
Report Discrepancies:
Cadets are responsible for reporting any discrepancies or issues they observe to their superiors.
Observe and Report Insubordination:
Cadets must report any instances of insubordination to the Chain of Command (COC) to maintain discipline and order.
Communicate Effectively:
Cadets are responsible for ensuring that they understand any new company policies or updates accurately.
Participate in Regular Check-Ins:
Cadets are expected to meet with their Sergeant on a regular basis, typically weekly, to discuss their progress and any challenges they may be facing.
Right TPU:
Cadets are expected to arrive at the right time, right place and in the right uniform. This can be accomplished by using the provided softwares to see scheduled shifts and locate addresses. Tardiness is documented in the employment files. No call no shows during the Probationary Program are a zero tolerance offense
FTO:
Cadets are expected to follow the directions and rules set forth by the probation program and their FTO. Violations of the rules may impact the ability to progress to the next rank.
