As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing candidates from on-line and internal databases, contact lists, and job postings as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media sites, and internet searches.
Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruiting, particularly those related to healthcare and pharmacy.
- Participate in career fairs, college recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Always ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information

The ideal recruiter candidate will have:
- 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources; experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Pay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 per year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
