Job Description

Position Overview Personal Assistant We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of a construction company in Santa Monica. This role is part‑time and offers consistent weekly hours. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Book and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits. Follow up on material and equipment orders with vendors and suppliers. Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical documents (contracts, invoices, permits, etc.). Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Act as a point of contact for scheduling and communication between management, clients, and contractors. Support project managers with clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as an assistant, administrator, or in office support (construction industry experience a plus). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Spanish speaking. Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience. Opportunity for career growth.
