Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various framing techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial buildings, where attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The Framer will be responsible for constructing frameworks and structures according to blueprints and specifications.

Duties:

• Construct and install frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs using wood and metal stud framing techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Perform metal building erection.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Conduct heavy lifting and safely on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site.

Experience:

• Proven experience in frame carpentry and construction site environments.
• Familiarity with woodworking, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Previous experience with welding is advantageous.
