Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network (PNODN) is a community dedicated to developing personal, organizational, and community capacity to realize a relevant and compelling future for people and planet.
Our mission is to connect, engage, and develop a thriving community of Organization Development (OD) Practitioners and business leaders (Government, Non-Profit, and For Profit) to ensure our region is at its maximum capacity in terms of development of people and organization effectiveness. We work to grow and develop people in ways that support organizational health, resilience and business impact. We cultivate and amplify new voices.
The work of organization development and change can be difficult. PNODN offers a network of support along your path. We provide connection, collaboration, training, new ways of thinking, and space to share our stories and learn best practices among diverse professionals.

Organization Development (OD) refers to the disciplinary field of scholars and practitioners who work collaboratively with organizations and communities to develop their system-wide capacity for effectiveness and vitality. OD is grounded in the organizational and social sciences and is guided by strong values that are humanistic, organization-wide, inquiry-based and collaborative, developmental-focused, systems-oriented, and research- and evidence-informed.
In an ever-changing, increasingly complex and diverse world, all organizations, communities, and individuals are adaptable, resilient, and thriving. People create and lead healthy, meaningful lives through effective, sustainable human and organizational systems. Effective leaders boldly and intentionally foster inclusive environments in which people connect with one another, see themselves and their organizations in new ways, and co-create their shared future.
There are groups of practitioners all over the world learning from each other, growing, and seeking to further define OD as the field changes with the world around us.
