This role ensures all information is accurate, timely, and user-friendly, enabling travelers to fully prepare for their journey. Collaborates with internal departments and overseas offices to gather updates, confirm details, and deliver clear, consistent communications. Title: Jr. Copy Writer Location: Boston, MA (Seaport) Hybrid, 3x/week onsite Position Summary The junior copywriter is responsible for writing, maintaining, and enhancing the materials provided to travelers after they reserve their trip (pre-trip copywriter). This role ensures all information is accurate, timely, and user-friendly, enabling travelers to fully prepare for their journey. Collaborates with internal departments and overseas offices to gather updates, confirm details, and deliver clear, consistent communications. Key Responsibilities Write, update, and maintain post-booking traveler documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity. Develop and distribute change letters to inform travelers of product or onsite updates, managing the full approval process. Compile audience mailing lists, perform data merges, and execute mailings in a timely and accurate manner. Research and draft detailed country-specific visa instructions for travelers. Process and track product changes by completing and assigning Product Change Forms. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, overseas offices, and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate information. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English or similar Must be proficient in Word / Excel Conduct basic research to ensure factual accuracy and strengthen messaging. Adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
