Objective

We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our company as a Creative Content Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our graphic design and email marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Content Manager as well as our Merchandising and Marketing teams to assist with creating visually compelling content that represents our brand and captivates our target audience. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics and layouts for various digital and print materials, including website banners, email templates, look books, trade show flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Design and optimize email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing engaging copy, and selecting compelling visuals.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and visually appealing, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, email marketing, and fashion to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary assets, information, and feedback for content creation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital library of design assets and resources.

Skills

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
  • Understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and an understanding of the fashion industry.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
