Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support a team of executives at our Independence office. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 2–4 years of administrative experience who is eager to grow their career and work closely with C-suite leaders. You will play a key role in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be polished, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with executives, vendors, and new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a team of executives
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Arrange domestic travel (primarily west coast and plant visits; occasional international travel to Mexico plant)
• Coordinate catering, meeting logistics, and supplies for onsite events
• Welcome and greet vendors, interview candidates, and new employees
• Serve as the go-to resource for executives in the office
• Assist with general office operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of office administration or executive support experience
• Experience with scheduling, calendaring, and domestic travel coordination
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Professional presence and ability to interact with senior leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to different personalities
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment
