Starting Salary: $125,000 + Annual Bonus

San Diego Vascular Access Center, managed by Lifeline Vascular Care, is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to serve as our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator. In this high-visibility role, you will have full operational oversight of our outpatient surgical center, partnering with physician owners and Lifeline leadership to ensure clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient care.

We partner with premier physician practices to operate more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers nationwide, delivering proactive care and industry-leading patient outcomes. Our network is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized for exceeding clinical standards in vascular access care.

Your Impact

• Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of ASC operations, including budgets, staffing, supply chain, and performance metrics.
• Team Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing clinical team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and licensing compliance at all levels.
• Data-Driven Results: Use operational and financial data to guide decisions that enhance performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration (or related field)
• 3+ years of leadership in healthcare operations (ASC or outpatient procedural setting preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and manage budgets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive physician and team relationships
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
